What does a Field Administrator do at Swire Coca-Cola?


The Field Administrator performs route settlement and provides customer and business administrative support for the assigned Swire distribution location in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role helps ensure accurate financial transactions, supports operational decision-making, and delivers high-quality service to internal and external customers



Responsibilities:



  • Complete route accounting, settlement activities, and end-of-day paperwork in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Communicate proper transaction recording procedures and provide administrative support to delivery associates.
  • Perform cash handling activities in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Research and resolve driver overages, shortages, and related transaction discrepancies.
  • Perform Accounts Payable functions, including initiating purchase orders, processing invoices, researching payments, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting while providing timely information to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage tools and systems effectively, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in administrative, accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, route accounting, or related business support functions preferred.
  • Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
