- You will adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies, operating practices, reporting requirements, and lone worker standards
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission gas delivery systems, industrial instruments, analyzers, PLC systems, and electrical equipment under 600V
- Read and maintain P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with company and customer procedures
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling, material procurement, lockout/tagout activities, and contractor work
- Further, you will analyze process performance, understand process loop interactions, and develop projects that improve system availability and reliability
- Support and maintain ultra-high purity gas delivery and control systems
- Engage with customers daily and maintain required site access training and certifications
- Maintain site security and housekeeping standards
- And you will participate in safety meetings and safety-related activities
- Use CMMS to execute, document, and improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Collect and analyze equipment and process condition monitoring data
- Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate inventory needs
- Follow work instructions, provide feedback, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with management
- Complete required training and achieve annual performance goals
- And you will provide support in office and field environments
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime, holidays, and after-hours as required
- Access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment using ladders, scaffolding, and man-lifts
What makes you great
- You have proven understanding of control, instrumentation, and electrical systems in an industrial environment
- Ability to troubleshoot 4-20mA transmitters, electro-pneumatic control loops, and industrial control components, including solenoid valves, actuators, regulators, and PID controllers
- Associate degree from a technical school preferred; equivalent apprenticeship or certificate-based training accepted
- You have at least three (3+) years of experience in gas production and delivery, instrumentation and controls, and engineering procedure preparation and execution
- Knowledge of regulatory and industrial standards and codes
- Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and man lift in accordance with company policy
- Experience with Microsoft, Wonderware, Rockwell, and other controls/HMI software
- You have ability to read, interpret, and draft P&IDs and electrical drawings
- Oregon State LME license preferred
