What You'll Do:
- Lead electrical design activities including requirements analysis, specifications, interface definition, component selection, circuit simulation, schematic capture, and board layout.
- Design and develop RF and microwave circuits and subsystems spanning VHF through Ka-band, with responsibility for technical performance, cost, and schedule.
- Perform simulation, breadboarding, testing, and troubleshooting of RF circuits, functions, and subsystems, and develop test plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in peer reviews, preliminary and critical design reviews, and other technical reviews.
- Follow established product development, configuration management, purchasing, and engineering processes throughout the development lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience with RF and 3D EM Simulation and Modeling, Schematic Capture, Board Layout CAD tools
- 4+ years of experience with practical RF system considerations such as path loss calculation, cascade noise figure, intercept point and power and corresponding tests for each.
- 4+ years of experience with basic RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
- 4+ years of experience in printed circuit board (PCB) layout with direct board level design experience in RF or Microwave bands.
- 4+ years of experience with basic Radar performance concepts.

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
- Active RF component design.
- Radar Systems Design experience.
- Familiarity with other design and analysis software such as MatLab, AWR, CDS, HFSS, or CST
- Knowledge of practical RF system considerations such as path loss calculation, cascade noise figure and intercept point
- Team work
- Strong communication skills including presentations and customer communication
- Good reprioritization skills
- Ability to work independantly
Additional Information:
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Up to 10% travel may be needed.
