What to Expect We are looking for a skilled Fire Extinguisher Technician to join our team at GFTX Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the new installation, inspection, maintenance, and certification of portable fire extinguishers across all active construction areas and facilities. What You'll Do Performing routine inspections and annual maintenance of all fire extinguishers per NFPA 10 standards Replacing extinguishers as needed Maintaining detailed service records and certification tags for all units Coordinating with site safety teams to ensure proper placement and accessibility of extinguishers Identifying and reporting fire hazards or non-compliant conditions to site management Ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and Tesla safety requirements What You'll Bring Fire Extinguisher Licensed preferred Valid driver's license Minimum of 1 year of experience installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire extinguishers.
