Aquent is thrilled to partner with a globally recognized technology leader, connecting them with top-tier talent like you. This organization is at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of how people connect, learn, and grow. Joining this team means contributing to impactful projects that reach millions worldwide, driving brand recognition and engagement on an unprecedented scale. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about marketing and ready to make a significant impact on high-visibility initiatives.

Marketing Program Manager Overview:

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will act as a "Swiss Army knife" to drive bottom-funnel user acquisition, retention, and daily active use across first-party surfaces and owned & operated channels. This is a high-velocity, hands-on role situated within a fast-moving, highly competitive environment. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by managing high volumes of inbound marketing requests, establishing centralized tracking workflows, and building/deploying campaigns directly in internal growth platforms, ad servers, email systems, and push notification builders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Program & Request Management:

    • Build, maintain, and own centralized tracking systems to organize, qualify, and triage inbound marketing requests across global teams.
    • Establish meeting agendas, maintain status trackers, and provide leads with clear overarching visibility into active marketing workstreams.
    • Track feature launch timelines, navigate rapidly shifting schedules, and adapt plans to market dynamics in real time.

  • Hands-on Campaign Execution:

    • Operate "hands-on-keys" within internal growth platforms and ad-serving tools to set up, build, and deploy in-app promotions, push notifications, emails, and surface integrations.

    • Gather and track campaign inputs, asset requirements, UX guidelines, and legal clearances to ensure end-to-end execution readiness.

  • Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration:

    • Partner directly with Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, and Core PMM teams to understand technical timelines and technical constraints.

    • Work alongside global and regional marketing partners to support localization and adapt GTM strategies for nuanced regional requirements.

  • Strategic Optimization & Alignment:

    • Apply a performance-oriented mindset to evaluate channel efficiency, helping prioritize high-impact campaigns that drive active usage of web and mobile apps.

    • Help manage channel inventory and slot campaign requests into optimal launch windows.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Campaign Operations within consumer tech or digital app environments.
  • Technical & Platform Aptitude: Hands-on experience working directly in campaign builders, ad servers, CRM systems, or push notification tools.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Proven ability to navigate dynamic, fast-changing environments where launch dates, country availability, and scope lock late in the development cycle.
  • Organizational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong systems-thinking skills; capable of simplifying complexity and managing dozens of concurrent campaigns simultaneously.
  • Growth Mindset: Familiarity with consumer app metrics (e.g., DAU, retention) and working alongside engineering/product workflows.

Ideal Profile & Background

  • Target Titles: Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing Program Manager, Performance Media Specialist, Campaign Operations Manager.
  • Relevant Adjacent Backgrounds: Hands-on experience in paid performance media, growth marketing platforms, or digital consumer apps.
  • Key Mindset: A "doer" who thrives in the weeds, excels at establishing order out of high-volume requests, and takes ownership of technical campaign execution.
