This unique position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside professionals and students in an innovative, interprofessional clinical environment. We are seeking a collaborative, community-focused provider who is passionate about a model of care that values prevention, wellness, and whole-person health. Depending on the provider's background and area of expertise, there may also be opportunities to help develop and expand clinical services to meet the evolving needs of our patients and community. The successful candidate will help individuals live healthier lives, expand access to care in East Central Indiana, and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals through hands-on clinical mentorship.This Rural Health Transformation Program is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $206,927,896.80 with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Environment: This position is based in the Interprofessional Community Clinics and community-based rural training clinics and involves direct patient care, student supervision, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a learning-centered environment.
