Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking Quality Control Analyst to support DHA Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality review of hardware and software packages for completeness and accuracy in preparation for submission to DHA groups for processing and post-award to include IGCEs.
* Coordinate and interfaces with groups as required per Lifecyle Management processes and/or as requested by Government.
* Responds to inquiries and provides support to DHA customers as necessary and provide problem/issue and resolution.
* Notify customer as appropriate pertaining to package status and distribute information as required.
* Perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned in support of Lifecycle Management.

Skills:
* Strong communication skills, professional writing skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., ability to prepare Microsoft (MS) Excel Pivot Tables, ability to identify duplicates in an Excel spreadsheet, ability to use MS Excel Power Query for extract, transform, and load functions, ability to use MS Word, etc.)
* Ability to multitask and perform quality reviews in support of Lifecycle Management.
* Attention to detail to ensure high quality products during submission and once package is processed.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

    2 years experience with BA/BS OR 6 years of experience with a high school diploma
  • Ability to Obtain: Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
  • Work location: San Antonio onsite required.
  • Familiar with the MS Office suite and IT hardware/software terminology
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree + 4 years experience. HS + 8 years experience.
  • Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Attention to details, tracking and documentation skills. Previous quality assurance experience and process development/update.
  • Familiar with the following software applications including but not limited to: MS access, Service Now or other ticketing systems (i.e. BMC Remedy or similar).

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
