POSITION SUMMARY: Join a dedicated team of commercial construction professionals working on unique projects that enhance the communities we serve. Preconstruction personnel are responsible for the activities that occur during the construction planning process. Preconstruction Engineer/Estimator will report to the Vice President of Preconstruction and work closely with the assigned Operations lead point persons during the preconstruction process. The construction planning process can begin as early as strategy and interview response to a Request For Proposal and reach typical completion with establishing a project Guaranteed Maximum Price and/or bidding completed documents prepared by the Design Team.
