ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS AND DECISIONSCIENCES Applications are invited for faculty positions in the Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences Department. The search is for an Assist an t Professor position. The MEDS Department includes facultyin pure and applied microeconomic theory and in political economy.We invite applicants in economics and political science, or relatedfields. Primary criteria will be excellent recommendations,outstanding research potential, and superior teaching capabilities.Candidates must have a Ph.D. in hand or expected by employmentstart date. Successful applicants will be expected to do innovativeresearch, participate in the schools Ph.D. program, and teachrequired and elective MBA courses.Applicants should have strongtheoretical and quantitative interests and abilities. The expected base pay range for this position is$210,000-$240,000. This base pay range is for a nine-month academicappointment, does not include summer salary, and is subject tonegotiation. Research discretionary funding will also be provided.Summer salary, including from sponsored projects, may also beavailable. Northwestern University has provided a pay range representingits good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expectsto pay for the position.
