ASSISTANT PROFESSOR INOPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Applications are invited for a faculty position in Operations Management Department. The search is for an Assistant Professorposition. A Ph.D. in Operations Management, Business, Engineeringor related field must be in hand or expected by employment startdate. Research potential, recommendations, and teachingcapabilities will be the primary selection criteria. Candidates inall research areas of operations management will be considered, butthey must have a thorough knowledge of operations management theoryand practice. Successful applicants will be expected to doinnovative research in operations management, participate in theschools Ph.D. program, and teach required and elective MB Acourses. The expected base pay range for this position is $200,000- $220,000 This base pay range is for a nine-month academic appointment,does not include summer salary, and is subject to negotiation.Research discretionary funding will also be provided. Summersalary, including from sponsored projects, may also beavailable Northwestern University has provided a pay range representingits good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expectsto pay for the position.
