Foremost Farms USA is one of the largest, leading dairy cooperatives in the United States and major dairy food and ingredients manufacturing business. At Foremost, our internship program has two primary goals: bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to our organization while providing students with meaningful, hands-on experiences that support their professional and career development.

Our internships are designed around real business needs and meaningful projects that align with each intern's academic background, skills, and career interests. Depending on the role and project, interns may work on-site or in a hybrid environment. Interns have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, tackle real-world business challenges, and make a meaningful contribution to Foremost's success.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS:

As a Foremost intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic, real-world projects that may include:

Analyzing HR Data:

• Collect and organize HR data and reports.

• Help identify trends and insights related to hiring, retention, engagement, and employee development.

• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities.

Sharing HR Insights

• Create dashboards, charts, presentations, and summaries.

• Help communicate HR data and key findings to team members and leaders.

• Support reporting on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

• Willingness to travel to Foremost plant locations

• Must be available to work from early June 2027 through early to mid-August 2027

• Based near our Middleton, WI headquarters

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Junior or Senior class standing

• Experince using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or simliar platforms

• Coursework of project experince involving statistics, research methods, analytics, or data management

• Familiarity with HR systems, reporting tools, or databases

• Experience analyzing and presenting data findings
