Operator

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, including Auto Pack machines such as Slidell and Niro

• Perform product safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely and effectively

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations

• Complete SAP transactions and production-related data entry accurately

• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards throughout the facility

• Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other production line activities

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule

• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial equipment and machinery

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and process compliance

• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks

• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg multiple times during a shift

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Previous experience operating automated packaging equipment

• SAP experience in a manufacturing environment

• PIT/Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles
