Shift Manager, Crew, Maintenance

We are seeking a motivated management professional Crew members and Maintenance who will play a central role in improving operational workflows, supporting team development, and ensuring that day-to-day business processes run smoothly. As a member of our leadership team, you will be expected to apply your experience to influence outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-department collaboration to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role, responsibilities will range from supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies to driving strategic initiatives that improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor performance metrics, and ensure accountability across assigned areas.
• Lead onboarding and training efforts for new team members, and mentor existing staff to grow their skills and productivity.

Qualifications for Management:

• 1+ years of experience in management roles. Strong management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of budget management and business finance, including basic forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Serve Safe certificate required or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hire.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving orientation, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
