Job Summary The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced BE/BC Ob/Gyn to join our collaborative Ob/Gyn and Midwifery team as a Weekend Laborist. Why physicians love this role Predictable, flexible schedule: 0.5 FTE covering the equivalent of thirty-eight 24 hour weekend shifts per year. Supportive colleagues: Join 10 physicians and 10 certified nurse-midwives who value communication, trust, and shared decision-making. A place to do meaningful work: 24 hour pediatric and anesthesia coverage, care for patients in a Baby-Friendly designated hospital with a newly renovated Childbirth Center, Level 1B Nursery, Epic EMR, 6 L&D rooms, and 10 postpartum rooms.
