What Makes This Role Great: In this high-impact role, you will serve as a key operational pillar at the intersection of executive accounting and IT leadership. You will have full autonomy to streamline decision-making, clear cross-functional bottlenecks, and design strategic leadership forums while maintaining a direct influence on departmental goals and corporate culture. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Manage complex, global calendar operations and domestic/international travel itineraries for the CAO and CIO to align executive time with top strategic priorities. * Track progress on key departmental OKRs and KPIs while serving as a trusted sounding board to translate macro strategy into daily execution. * Identify cross-functional friction points, mitigate operational risks, and facilitate swift decision-making across leadership teams. * Structure governance syncs, author strategic agenda materials, and capture actionable outcomes for leadership meetings and all-hands events. * Spearhead team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and executive leadership offsite events to nurture team culture. Essential Skills & Experience * 3 to 5 years of proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership, ideally within finance, accounting, or IT organizations. * Exceptional mastery of executive calendar management, complex travel logistics, and priority allocation. * Demonstrated capability in tracking OKRs, KPIs, and multi-stream operational initiatives. * Superior written and verbal communication skills with absolute discretion handling sensitive corporate information. Bonus Points For: * Basic domain literacy in corporate accounting workflows, financial governance, or enterprise IT. * Proven success planning executive offsites, strategic alignment workshops, and department all-hands. * Proficiency with modern productivity tools, enterprise collaboration platforms, and AI workflows.
