Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial environments. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Experience assembling components, modifying parts for proper fit, and following detailed work instructions. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or ability to successfully complete forklift training and certification requirements. Experience operating material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and semi-automated manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production processes, and quality control procedures. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds with assistance when required. Capable of standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production deadlines. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Job Duties Assemble electrical and mechanical enclosures, components, and related products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, work orders, and quality standards to ensure accurate production. Test assembled products and make adjustments or modifications as needed to ensure proper fit and function. Safely operate manufacturing machinery, forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting production schedules and team goals. Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assigned.
