Part-time Receptionist Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This role offers variety throughout the week, with time spent supporting both the Eyecare and Behavioral Health Desks. Location: In-Clinic at Hatchery Hill As a Receptionist, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for patients and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You'll provide a variety of administrative and customer service support, including answering telephone calls, providing backup for nurse and practitioner phone lines, greeting and checking in patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, answering general questions, collecting fees, and maintaining an organized reception area.
