What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate certificate training programs, including participant registrations, scheduling, training materials, course evaluations, and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining training records, preparing reports, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the training team.
  • Serve as a primary contact for participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain office and training room facilities, ensuring spaces are organized, properly stocked, and equipped for scheduled programs.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and scheduled courses within the Learning Management System, ensuring training data remains secure and confidential.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate's Degree in Business
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination in a training or educational setting.
  • 2+ years of experience with database management software.

  • Knowledge of event planning and logistics coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
