Job Title: Client Service Representative

Location: 440 Royal Palm Way, Suite 102, Palm Beach, FL 33480

Duration: 3 months Assignment (Potential contract to hire - based on work performance, need and budget availability)

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Mon to Fri, 8:15am - 4:45pm

Work Model: 5 days onsite

Interview: 1 round (in-person), 2nd round (virtual)

Project Overview:

  • Provide administrative, operational, and client-service support for the banking platform and its clients.
  • This is a client-facing, contract-to-hire opportunity requiring strong banking operations experience, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple service requests accurately and within established time frames.


Candidate's Role:

  • Under direct supervision, the Senior Personal Banker will deliver an exceptional client-service experience while supporting clients across a range of banking products and services.
  • The individual will interact with clients in person, by telephone, and by email, responding to inquiries and providing requested information.
  • The contractor will also execute or submit administrative and operational requests involving new and existing accounts, account maintenance, money movements, account closures, documentation, and client issue resolution.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Execute or submit client account-servicing requests within required time frames.
  • Prepare and submit wires, fund transfers, and other money-movement requests.
  • Prepare required documentation for new accounts, account closures, and account maintenance.
  • Maintain complete and accurate account records and image supporting documentation.
  • Research and help resolve client inquiries and account-servicing issues.
  • Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing.
  • Follow Wealth Management Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Management and NCSS teams to obtain the information required to complete client requests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the steps, documentation, and approvals associated with each servicing activity.
  • Complete work in strict adherence to client Trust and Wealth Management risk management, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Promptly escalate operational, risk, compliance, or documentation concerns to management.
  • Develop proficiency with the business applications and online tools used for client and account servicing.
  • Stay informed about platform and technology enhancements affecting partner and client service.
  • Assist with the maintenance and servicing of safe deposit boxes, where applicable.
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements to respond to client questions.
  • Monitor banking reports and assist with banking audits as directed by the Manager.


Qualifications (must have):

  • Relevant experience in banking operations, personal banking, private banking, wealth management, or financial-services client support.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, products, services, federal regulations, and banking guidelines is strongly preferred.
  • Strong client-service orientation and professional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve client and operational requests.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Sound critical-thinking skills and the ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients in person, by telephone, and through email.

  • Hands-on banking operations or account-servicing experience.
  • Experience processing or supporting wires, transfers, account openings, closings, and maintenance.
  • Direct client-service experience in a bank or financial-services environment.
  • Familiarity with banking documentation, controls, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • The professionalism and communication skills needed to support a high-touch client environment.
  • The ability and interest to transition into a permanent position following a successful contract period.
