Location: Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM with some overtime

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow work instructions, packaging procedures, and quality standards.

Experience Requirements

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to accurately inspect and package products while maintaining production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per shift with scheduled break periods.
• Fine and gross motor skills required for inspection and packaging duties.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and intermittent walking throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move containers weighing up to 33 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and packaging tasks.

Job Duties

• Visually inspect round tool components for quality defects before packaging.
• Package finished parts using rubber bands, packing paper, and approved materials.
• Box, label, and strap products according to shipping and customer requirements.
• Verify product quality and packaging accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
• Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
