Description Park Bank is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will work on a small team to maintain the bank's facilities and grounds - including our Park Bank Center and our nine branches in the Madison area. As the Facilities Technician, you are responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. These include, but are not limited to, groundskeeping, (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), and other building systems. You are flexible, motivated, have a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and enjoy working with a fun team and organization. Location: 1815 Greenway Cross, Madison, WI 53713 Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with flexibility to work 8am-5pm as requested. Able to assist in responding to emergencies evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Essential Functions & Duties Under supervision of the Facilities Manager and Team Lead, inspects, maintains and performs general maintenance for the bank's facilities Works independently and in teams to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety of buildings, grounds, and equipment while using established standards of preventative maintenance Performing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry Coordinating with trades with the scheduled maintenance and more complex work with the HVAC, plumbing, Electrical vendors Performs general repair that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Troubleshooting & creative problem solving when addressing issues Lead person to any after-hours matters as needed Work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated branch work location and will drive company van Ensure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policies Performs other related duties as assigned Required Education and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Reside within 20-25-minute travel time to the Park Bank Center * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field * Knowledge of maintenance needs such as - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry * Experience in vendor management * Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools and specialized equipment * Valid Driver's License * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Why Work for Park Bank? * Robust Benefit Package Including Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. * Four Different Benefit Packages to Choose What Fits Your Needs Best * 10 Paid Holidays (Including Your Birthday) * PTO That Increases Each Year of Service * Generous 401K Company Match * Wellness Reimbursement Program * Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) * Eligibility to participate in Bank-wide Bonus Program .
