The role involves consolidating service-specific data for analysis and participating in SLA compliance reviews. The individual will be required to adhere to the service delivery plan and ensure compliance with service continuity and capacity management plans, as well as service level management and reporting. Meeting information security compliance and adhering to the IT asset management policy are key responsibilities. The role also includes participation in audits to ensure the smooth functioning of assigned IT services, facilitating organization and department-level initiatives to ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support within the prescribed guidelines.
