Operations Program Manager

What You'll Do

As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting a thriving employee population. You will directly impact the efficiency and success of critical organizational functions, from managing essential equipment logistics to facilitating smooth onboarding experiences and driving operational improvements. This role offers the exciting opportunity to blend program management with hands-on operational support, contributing to the overall success and agility of the organization.

• Manage and track loaner device inventory and oversee device lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, and re-imaging of employee devices.
• Maintain accurate device tracking records and ensure compliance with retention procedures.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Process and review access requests for internal tools and licenses.
• Assist with team operational activities, space planning efforts, onboarding events, hackathons, and other organizational projects.
• Provide project coordination and program management support as business needs arise.
• Partner with team leadership to drive initiatives and operational improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Approximately 12-18 months of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting coordination, administrative, operations, or project-based work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform a blend of program management, operational, inventory, logistics, and administrative support responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to support hands-on operational tasks, including device inventory, shipping/receiving equipment, and space support activities.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment for device management tasks.
• Availability to perform hands-on device management and operational activities that require physical presence.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or Administrative Support functions.
• Prior experience with widely-used commercial tools, systems, or working within large technology environments.
