Sr Designer / Design Director - Branding

As a Senior Designer or Design Director, you will have a profound impact, shaping brand identities from the ground up, refreshing established visuals, and driving brand activation across digital experiences. Your creative vision will directly influence how companies connect with their audiences, crafting compelling narratives and visual systems that resonate deeply and drive success for our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Designer or Design Director specializing in branding to provide freelance support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a variety of challenging projects, working autonomously under the guidance of a Creative Director. You will be instrumental in defining and executing comprehensive brand identity systems, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every client engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the definition and production of robust brand identity systems, from initial logo concepts to full brand system design.
• Provide expert art direction, illustration, and iconography to ensure visual consistency and impact across all brand touchpoints.
• Oversee the overall creative execution of branding projects, ensuring high-quality output.
• Develop and produce essential brand artifacts and assets, including comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Contribute to projects ranging from brand refreshes to entirely new brand strategies, visual identities, and their activation across digital experiences (products, websites, apps).

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience at a Senior Designer or Design Director level.
• Extensive experience specifically in branding, including brand identity and visual identity systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand-related design projects, including identity systems and their application across various touchpoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results under the supervision of a Creative Director.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a brand agency environment.
