What You'll Do:
- Lead application enhancement and system implementation projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and support documentation to ensure successful project execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support enterprise initiatives.
- Coordinate testing activities, execute test cases, manage issue resolution, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide project estimates, support data mapping activities, and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of operational/business analytics experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of SIT and UAT test management/coordination experience with commercial loan systems.
- Minimum of 6 years of writing business requirements and test scripts/cases.

- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal BAU.
- Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Ability to understand business(es) being supported and its terminology.
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
- Ability to recommend and implement solutions.
- Proactive.

- Strong understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience.
