Business Development Manager - Enterprise Connectivity & Structured Cabling Your Job Join Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions at an exciting stage of growth as we continue to expand our presence across the enterprise connectivity, network infrastructure, and data center markets. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market share within the enterprise structured cabling and connectivity industry. This role blends strategic account management with new business development and focuses on expanding Molex's engagement with enterprise end users, contractors, consultants, distributors, system integrators, and other key industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will inherit established customer relationships while building a strong pipeline of target accounts and identifying new opportunities for growth. This highly strategic position requires a well-developed industry network, deep market expertise, and the ability to create long-term value through trusted customer partnerships. This remote position is responsible for a strategic Central U.S. territory covering 13 states across the Midwest, Great Lakes, Great Plains, and South-Central regions. The territory offers exposure to some of the nation's most significant enterprise infrastructure, network modernization, and data center expansion opportunities. Travel throughout the territory of up to 50% is expected. Our Team Join a team focused on accelerating growth across the enterprise infrastructure and data center market. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $190,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
