Enterprise Project Management Spring 2027 Internship

Project Management Internship: Build real-world experience while helping projects move from idea to execution. In this internship, you'll learn alongside supportive team members, contribute your perspective, and gain hands-on experience with project management, analytics, process documentation, research, and continuous improvement initiatives. We welcome candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences who are interested in learning and growing with us.

Compensation: $17.30 per hour

Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY.

College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.

Schedule and Details

• Internship schedules are typically arranged around academic availability and business needs.
• Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period, with final schedule details coordinated with the supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with project managers and business partners to support strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities
• Assist with project reporting and KPI tracking by gathering, analyzing, and organizing project, portfolio, and testing data
• Support enterprise testing and process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, evaluating processes, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in project and testing meetings, capturing key decisions, risks, issues, action items, and next steps
• Help develop and maintain project templates, SOPs, training materials, and governance documentation that support organizational consistency and success
• Support project management and enterprise testing tools through project onboarding, user setup, system administration, and adoption activities

Who We're Looking For
Current college students pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Quality Assurance or Software Testing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

We also welcome students whose coursework, academic projects, leadership experiences, volunteer activities, or other transferable experiences align with the responsibilities of this role. You may be a strong fit if you are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in how projects, processes, and technology work together to achieve business outcomes. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in project management, enterprise testing, process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence.
