Tub Washer - Belgravia (nights)

Job Description

Shift Hours: 1am to 9:30am + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Basic Functions:

Gathers used contaminated product containers (tubs) places them on a Pallet Jack and pushes or pulls them to the automated washer. Pre-rinses tubs and then positions them for entry into the automatic washer. Removes, restacks and makes tubs available to production.

Steps:

1. Manually stack tubs in storage area.
2. Manually push tubs to wash station.
3. Pre-rinses and position tubs properly to enter automatic washer..
4. Manually remove and restack tubs and make available to the production lines.
5. Maintain washing room in a clean and orderly fashion.
6. Manually (fork truck) take containers/tubs to appropriate lines a directed.

General:

1. Able to do basic math; counting, telling of time and temperatures.
2. Ability to understand and communicate in English. Able to follow instructions, both verbal and demonstrated.
3. Previous production type experience preferred. Able to stand at workstation and other position as assigned.
4. Good hand eye coordination. Ability to make quick quality judgment decisions within the levels of assigned duties.
