Integrated Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing will report to the Director of Marketing as part of the Corporate Marketing team. A key part of your role will be executing integrated marketing programs that drive business results.



  • Act as the Knowledge Manager for Corporate Marketing, maintaining a cohesive suite of marketing collateral and templates and a central source for statistics and rankings
  • Maintain profiles (headshots and bios) and locations on Berkadia.com, as well as the company's intranet site
  • Manage corporate gift program, closing gift program and holiday store; maintain inventory and budget, and constantly seek opportunities to improve Berkadia's internal eCommerce efforts
  • Continuously research suppliers and vendors as needed for corporate gift program
  • Manage print vendor relationship and corporate print store
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels; this includes planning and curating post content, engaging with relevant content and monitoring activity
  • Track, analyze and report on social media performance
  • Research and evaluate the latest social media strategies and tactics
  • Serve as key strategic marketing partner for Hotels & Hospitality, Student Housing and Manufactured Housing, leading account-based marketing strategies in support of business objectives
  • Provide marketing support for Tier 3 conferences and events
  • Manage meetings, timelines and budgets related to integrated marketing projects, all while collaborating with Creative and Communications partners to execute
  • Master key marketing technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Hootsuite, Issuu, WordPress) to support integrated marketing projects
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the broader firm's vision, priorities, and marketing efforts
  • Prepare reports and presentations, as required, for assignments
  • Up to 10% domestic travel
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker
  • Bachelor's degree marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills
