Installation Technician

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00/hr. to $30.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

As part of our installation team, you'll play a key role in setting up our DirectAIR sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Collaborating with outside contractors to complete modules efficiently.
• Installing piping systems, air compressors, and associated equipment.
• Mounting dampers, ductwork, and compressor accessories.
• Cutting and installing prefabricated wall and roof panels per drawings.
• Trimming openings, doors, and roofs.
• Installing condensate tubing systems.
• Finishing concrete floors and bases.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and professionalism to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Mechanical aptitude - if you have the ability and interest, we'll provide training and help you develop your skills.
• Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read drawings and schematics (or willingness to learn).
• Willingness to travel (approximately 65-85% travel required).
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members, customers, contractors, and vendors.
