At Norske, our CSRs are the first voice our customers hear and a huge part of the experience we're known for. We need someone who is highly motivated, genuinely enjoys talking with people, can keep their cool when the phones get busy, and knows how to turn a frustrated customer into a happy one.

We're a locally owned electrical company serving homeowners throughout the Twin Cities. What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include:

• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, positive attitude to help our clients schedule appointments
• Respond promptly to customer emails and online inquiries
• Follow up with clients through outbound calling to schedule appointments and discuss estimates
• Work closely with dispatchers, electricians, and the rest of our office team
• Keep customer information accurate and organized
• Help solve problems when things don't go exactly as planned

Who We're Looking For

Experience is great, but personality and attitude matter even more.

You'll probably fit in well here if you:

• Genuinely enjoy talking with people with a naturally friendly and upbeat personality
• Are comfortable spending 8-hours a day on the phone
• Can multitask without becoming overwhelmed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, managers, and customers
• Like being part of a team yet also work well individually
• Take ownership of tasks and appreciate structure with clear expectations
• Have basic computer skills and are willing to learn new software programs

Experience in customer service, dispatching, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service business is a plusbut we're willing to train the right person.

We're probably not the right fit if you don't like talking on the phone, get easily rattled when things get busy, or prefer a job where you can disappear into the background.
