As a Senior Analyst, NERC CIP Compliance, you'll work at the intersection of cybersecurity, operations, and regulatory compliance, helping ensure our energy assets remain secure, audit-ready, and aligned with NERC CIP requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while supporting programs that strengthen reliability, reduce risk, and enable ENGIE's clean energy mission.

What You Will Do



  • Supporting the development and maintenance of NERC CIP compliance programs, procedures, controls, and documentation
  • Partnering with Cybersecurity, IT, Operational Technology, Physical Security, and Operations teams to support compliance activities
  • Maintaining compliance records, evidence repositories, access documentation, and audit materials
  • Assisting with audits, spot checks, self-certifications, regulatory inquiries, and corrective action tracking
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and supporting implementation of new or revised NERC CIP requirements
  • Preparing compliance reports, dashboards, and risk summaries for stakeholders and leadership



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in NERC compliance, cybersecurity compliance, utility operations, operational technology, or a related power industry environment
  • Experience interpreting and implementing NERC CIP Reliability Standards
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance assessments, regulatory reviews, or evidence management activities
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, access management, physical security, incident response, or related compliance programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

  • This evergreen posting is intended to identify talent for future potential NERC CIP Compliance opportunities across ENGIE North America. Specific responsibilities, work arrangements, and travel requirements may vary by position
  • These positions are eligible for ENGIE's hybrid work policy and are not eligible for fully remote work
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight travel
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies



Compensation

We are recruiting across two levels, and we will determine appropriate placement based on the candidate's experience and scope. Salary Range will be included in the formal job posting once a specific level of opportunity is determined and posted.

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
