Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (with weekend on call)

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade certification preferred
• 5+ years of HVAC/general maintenance experienceincluding electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license withclean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams
• Competent with technology for work orders, reporting, and inspections
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance
• Liftup to 75 lbs occasionally; 50 lbsfrequently
• Good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral) and depth perception
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to electrical components, mechanical parts, heat, cold, humidity, fumes, andnoise

Job Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, boilers, and heat exchangers)
• Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment, including compressors, fans, motors, belts, pulleys, controls, and refrigerantsystems
• Use EPA-compliant refrigerants safely andefficiently
• Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs as needed for clientfacilities
• Complete service inspections, asset inspections, and document work via tablet or smartphone technology
• Submit timesheets, expense reports, purchase card logs, and servicereports
• Provide estimates for larger projects orrepairs
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication andservice
• Attend safety training and comply with OSHA and company safetystandards
• Travel locally daily to assigned commercialproperties
