Position Summary The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for the Endowed Chair in Radiation Oncology. This tenure-track position represents a transformative opportunity to expand the College's leadership in precision radiation therapy, comparative oncology, and translational cancer science. The successful candidate will develop a world-class program integrating advanced clinical care, cutting-edge research, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The endowed chair will serve as a strategic leader in developing innovative approaches to radiation oncology while fostering partnerships across engineering, cancer biology, medical physics, data science, human health sciences, and industry. Work Schedule: Position will be full-time, Monday- Friday, typically day time hours Appt Term: 12 month Work Environment: Work will be completed on the St. Paul Campus at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. In-person work is required for the clinical component of the position at the Veterinary Medical Center, largely during traditional Monday - Friday daytime hours. Didactic teaching is also done in person, though research and other aspects of the role may warrant flexibility for hybrid work. Pay Range: Associate Professor: $170,000-$200,000 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience. Full Professor: $180,000-$210,000 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience.
