About the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre's premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; and three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio-covered Arcade Terrace, and outdoor Rooftop Terrace. Open only during public events at the Fox Theatre, the Marquee Club offers a premium pre-show through post-show experience with benefits including early entry, private restrooms, 2 alcoholic beverages per event, pre-show food, onsite activations during select events, and more. The Fox Theatre is seeking a professional, energetic, and personable Part-Time Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service and help create a welcoming experience for our guests. The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and food, provides knowledgeable recommendations, and maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional service that supports a high level of guest satisfaction and encourages return visits. Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with Fox Theatre standards. Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes, wine, spirits, ingredients, and proper bar equipment. Greet guests, answer questions, make recommendations, and appropriately suggest additional items. Support events of varying sizes while working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Complete bar inventory at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of bars, floors, shelves, taps, coolers, equipment, and storage areas. Required Qualifications At least two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of beverage preparation, drink recipes, wine, and spirits. Ability to provide professional and engaging guest service. Ability to work with minimal supervision and contribute successfully in a team environment. Neat, professional appearance and a friendly, personable approach. Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications TIPs certified preferred - must attend certification training after hire if not certified. Should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. High-energy, engaging, and guest-focused personality. Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to traverse the building including multiple floors. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Other Requirements: Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
