As an MRI Technologist, you'll perform high-quality MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiologists and providers to deliver exceptional diagnostic care. Candidates interested in expanding their skills may have opportunities for CT cross-training.

• Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols
• Conduct MRI safety screenings and verify patient identity
• Start IVs and administer contrast when appropriate
• Position patients and produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Educate patients and ensure a comfortable imaging experience
• Follow MRI safety standards, HIPAA requirements, and departmental procedures
• Review imaging orders and communicate with providers when clarification is needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current South Carolina state license (SCRQSA)
• ARRT Certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related imaging field
• 1+ years of MRI Technologist experience
• Interest in CT cross-training

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to assist with patient positioning and transfers

Pay Range: $28.27 - $50.48 per hour
