Nurse Practitioner - HouseCalls

• $20,000 Student Loan Repayment or $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available.
• Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plan members.
• Flexible scheduling between 8 AM and 8 PM with provider schedules available from 20-40 hours per week.
• No on-call, weekends, or holidays required, supporting strong work-life balance.
• Collaborate with PCPs to identify care gaps, address social determinants of health, and improve member outcomes.

• Active ANCC or AANP certification in Family, Adult, Geriatric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain before start date) without disciplinary actions or practice limitations.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Ability to perform assessments in varied home environments, including sitting, standing, and kneeling as needed.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
