Nurse Practitioner - HouseCalls - Part-Time

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus OR $20,000 Student Loan Repayment Bonus available.
• Part-time opportunity at 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
• Flexible provider scheduling between 8 AM and 8 PM across a 7-day work week.
• No on-call, weekends, or holidays required.
• Conduct in-home health assessments and collaborate with PCPs to address care gaps and support member wellness.

• Active ANCC or AANP certification in Family, Adult, Geriatric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain before start date) without disciplinary actions or practice limitations.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation for member home visits.
• Ability to work in varied home environments and perform physical assessment activities including sitting, standing, and kneeling.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
