POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Administrator position is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative duties and providing support to the Property Management team for HTA's building in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. This position interfaces with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Tenants, Door Staff and Vendors to ensure services are delivered adhering to the highest standards. This position will be responsible for assisting with all administrative phases of the day-to-day operations, and requires an individual who is adept at a variety of systems, and can prioritize a diverse work load. This position reports to Property Manager and works closely with Building Maintenance, Tenants and Vendors THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
