Tenant Services Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

In the role of Tenant Services Coordinator working in Scottsdale AZ, you will be part of the Tenant Connect Team. You will be responsible for communicating with the tenants. You will be taking their calls, answering questions, make connections, solving problems, and making them happy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tenant Services Coordinator or for anyone who is passionate about helping people and making a difference.

This position reports to Tenant Services Manager and works closely with the Tenants and Property Managers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Help Tenants with various questions about billing, maintenance requests, maintenance software etc.
  • Answer Tenant and internal phone calls and emails.
  • Listen, Understand and take quick action to solve the problem
  • Assist Property Managers and Engineers with the maintenance work order process
  • You will work with other Tenant Connect Team members to achieve department goals including weekly metric reporting, tenant Certificate of Insurance compliance, and other special projects.
  • Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

THE OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:



  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent required. Post high school education is preferred.
  • You have previous customer service experience
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You have experience in a Real Estate or Property Management is a plus.
  • You have experience with MRI and Angus Software is a plus.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a strong desire and passion to help people.
  • You have strong organization and time management skills
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are excited about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
