Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Provider Resources, Inc. (PRI) is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own our Opex budget and forecast and to produce the analysis our leadership and board rely on each month. This role is for someone who builds models from a blank sheet, writes variance commentary that ends in a recommendation, and is comfortable in a room with senior leaders.

About PRI
PRI is a certified Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) under the federal No Surprises Act and an accredited Independent Review Organization (IRO). We resolve payment disputes between health care providers and health plans. We have about 200 employees, all in the United States, and the business is growing quickly.

What You Will Do
*Own the Opex budget and forecast, working directly with department leaders on their inputs.
*Build financial models from scratch for budgeting, forecasting, scenarios, and business cases.
*Write the monthly variance analysis and the commentary that goes with it.
*Prepare the monthly and weekly leadership packages and the board-ready package.
*Build and maintain the KPI dashboards leadership uses.
*Guide and review the work of our Financial Analyst.
*Improve how FPandA works at PRI as the company grows.

What You Bring
*5+ years of FPandA or financial analysis experience, including ownership of a budget or forecast process for a defined cost area.
*Advanced Excel modeling, including building three-statement or driver-based models from a blank sheet.
*Demonstrated monthly variance analysis with written management commentary for a leadership audience.
*Experience preparing leadership or board reporting packages.
*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
*Clear written and verbal communication of financial information to non-finance audiences.

Nice to Have
*Healthcare, health plan, or claims payment industry experience; familiarity with the No Surprises Act or IDR process is a plus.
*Experience in a PE-backed or sponsor-reporting environment.
*Financial planning software experience.
*Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tool experience for KPI dashboards.

This role reports to the Director, FPandA.

The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
