RECEPTIONIST Weekends PRN

Palo Verde Behavioral Health is searching for a qualified Receptionist to join our team! Position is PRN Weekend Shift - Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

Palo Verde Behavioral Health has a longstanding reputation for stability in mental health and substance use treatment, serving patients in and around Tucson since 1960. We offer individualized inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adults and adolescents.

The Receptionistis responsible for:

• Greeting andassistingall visitors
• Answering the phones and paging when needed
• Receiving and documenting incoming deliveries
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparing weekday deposits and monthly statements for mailing
• Providing administrative departmental and project support as needed

Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience:Two (2)years experienceon a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferrable in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

Additional Requirements: Must haveavailabilityto work occasional overtime or flexible hours, if needed.
