Job Info Job Identification 119661 Job Category Engineering Posting Date 09/28/2026, 12:40 PM Locations 1000 W Bagley Rd., Berea, OH, 44017, US (On-site) Job Schedule Full time Export-Controlled Data This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items Currency Code US Dollar , Responsibilities Develop standard work for critical shop floor processes and systems Lead continuous improvement initiatives and run small scale Kaizen events Ability to develop relevant data and present it to management and supervisors to facilitate improvement activities Identification and training on best practices to ensure safety and quality Develop automation solutions to manufacturing processes Support operations team in setting goals and measuring key indicators of plant performance for safety, quality, cost, and delivery Support operations team with optimization of waste elimination, quality improvements, operating system controls, material flow, footprint development, and efficiency improvements Facilitate project identification and tracking to measure improvements , Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace engineering Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, can include Internships PLC and Ladder logic knowledge Equivalent hands-on applicable experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree Microsoft Office Suite products, Visio, ERP systems Presentation skills, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping
