Prime Time Healthcare and Prime Workforce Solutions are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client partnerships across the RN and Allied healthcare staffing markets. This role will focus on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems and other healthcare organizations through both Prime Time Healthcare and Prime Workforce Solutions.

We are looking for someone who is seasoned in healthcare staffing business development, understands the RN and Allied markets and knows how to build relationships with healthcare decision-makers. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, developing a pipeline and managing the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution and account launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across the RN and Allied healthcare staffing markets

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, healthcare facilities and key workforce decision-makers

  • Identify opportunities for Direct, MSP and other strategic workforce partnerships

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking and industry relationships

  • Conduct consistent outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in-person client meetings

  • Understand prospective clients' staffing challenges and develop workforce solutions tailored to their needs

  • Present Prime Time Healthcare and Prime Workforce Solutions capabilities, services and value proposition to prospective clients

  • Manage the business development process from initial prospecting through contract discussions and account implementation

  • Partner with Recruiting, Operations and leadership teams to ensure new client opportunities can be effectively supported

  • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding pipeline activity, client needs and market opportunities

  • Track prospective clients, sales activity and follow-up through company systems

  • Represent Prime Time Healthcare and Prime Workforce Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events and client meetings

  • Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, market conditions, client needs and competitive activity

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships into additional specialties, facilities or workforce solutions

  • Maintain strong follow-through throughout the sales process and ensure prospective clients receive consistent communication

Qualifications
  • Previous healthcare staffing business development or sales experience required

  • Proven experience within the RN and Allied healthcare staffing markets

  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing, hospital systems and workforce solutions

  • Experience developing Direct, MSP or large healthcare staffing partnerships strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new relationships and generate new business

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate value to healthcare decision-makers

  • Comfortable conducting cold outreach and developing business without relying solely on inbound opportunities

  • Ability to manage multiple prospective accounts and opportunities simultaneously

  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through

  • Self-motivated, competitive and comfortable working in a results-driven environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiting, Operations and leadership teams

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences and industry events as needed

A successful Business Development Manager consistently builds and advances a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare staffing opportunities. They understand the RN and Allied markets, know how to reach the right decision-makers and can turn initial conversations into long-term client partnerships.

They take ownership of their pipeline, follow up consistently and understand that strong business development requires persistence, relationship building and credibility. They work closely with Recruiting and Operations to ensure the business they bring in can be successfully staffed and supported while continuing to identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
