Financial Performance Analyst 3 Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with operational service line leaders, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics and other departments on routine and ad-hoc projects.
- Analyzes moderate- to complex data sources containing financial data, costs, revenue trends, and performance metrics for areas of opportunities and proposes recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
- Develops and tests of reports and analyses from various sources (e.g. financial ERP, electronic health records, benchmark tools).
- Develops report logic, process design and implementation of projects and processes (e.g. cost accounting).
- Conducts data gathering and reporting of financial and statistical metrics on state and external surveys (e.g. VHI, AHA).
- Reviews processes and projects to ensure proper data definitions are defined and data integrity is upheld throughout all reports and dashboards.
- Works with Data Management & Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or other related field OR additional 4 years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 3 years in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, related field or equivalent operational experience.
