Customer Support Specialist

Tesla is seeking enthusiastic Customer Support S4 Specialists to deliver exceptional support for owners of one of the world's most innovative vehicle brands. S4 Specialists will provide customer education and thorough troubleshooting on a variety of topics, dispatch Roadside assistance, assist customers with their orders and aspects of their financing, and handle any contact that comes to them. This role serves as a continuing point on an exciting career path with Tesla Support, offering clear opportunities for further skill development and growth into even more advanced support roles.

Training starts 11/2/26

• Deliver outstanding educational support via phone and chat, helping customers understand basic vehicle functions, information about the delivery process, and Tesla self-help resources
• Conduct initial probing and troubleshooting to quickly assess customer concerns and resolve straightforward issues
• Confidently assist customers in resolving potentially unclear issues with complex systems such as Full Self-Driving (Supervised) and Phone Key
• Assess and provide empathetic solutions for potentially difficult conversations such as those involving refund asks or account change requests
• Utilize internal systems to effectively route calls and inquiries to appropriate departments or escalate based on defined criteria
• Process requests for immediate Roadside assistance and post-dispatch assistance as well as assisting with other business units within Tesla such as filing first notice of loss claims and questions related to making car payments
• Accurately document interactions and customer data within Tesla's CRM and Vehicle Support systems

• Must be Bilingual Spanish and have passed the verbal and written Spanish test
• Must have minimum 2 years of relevant customer-facing experienc with an understanding of Tesla's business and how various teams function
• Exceptional customer service, educational, and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to quickly learn and educate customers on basic automotive features and technologies
• Comfortable navigating multiple internal systems, MS Office, and web-based applications
• Flexibility in scheduling; ability to work varied shifts within operational hours as business requires
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and clear motivation to grow into more complex customer support roles at Tesla
