Job Title: Operations Project Manager

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $40.61/hr.

Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Position Description

Key Responsibilities

Operating Cadence & Project Management (35%)



  • Coordinate and help run recurring business processes, including leadership reviews, deal reviews, team meetings, and other operating cadences.
  • Maintain action-item trackers and proactively follow up with owners to ensure commitments are completed on time.
  • Coordinate agendas, presenters, materials, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain team dashboards, Airtable / Salesforce trackers, shared documentation, and other operating tools.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missed deadlines and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Support cross-functional projects and process improvements as business needs evolve.


Executive Reporting & Team Operations (35%)



  • Collect and synthesize updates from multiple teams into concise, leadership-ready weekly and recurring reports.
  • Support development and refinement of executive presentations, ensuring materials are clear, consistent, and aligned to the intended audience.
  • Distill complex or fragmented information into key takeaways, risks, decisions, and action items.
  • Capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions and distribute clear summaries.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and other team-wide operational needs as required.


Business Operations & Financial Support (30%)



  • Support monthly budget and financial reporting, including tracking actuals, forecasts, expenses, and variances.
  • Maintain accurate records across key financial and operational trackers.
  • Partner with Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve reporting, payment, invoicing, and expense-related issues.
  • Track business commitments, upcoming milestones, and other inputs that may impact financial planning.
  • Support ad hoc business and financial analysis for leadership.


Requirements



  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, project/program management, PMO, strategy operations, or a related role; experience in technology, media, or digital platforms preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and proactively following up to drive accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling executive-facing materials.
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with budgets, percentages, forecasts, and basic financial analysis.
  • Experience with collaboration and project-management tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Slack, Airtable, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proactive, resourceful, dependable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.
