What you will be doing

• Perform a variety of massage services, including therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty treatments, in accordance with WELL Spa standards and guest preferences.

• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess individual needs, health concerns, and treatment goals while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies in a clean, sanitized, and professional condition at all times.

• Educate guests on wellness practices, treatment benefits, and recommended spa products and services to enhance their overall experience.

• Build positive guest relationships by providing personalized service, promoting a relaxing environment, and supporting guest retention and satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Current Wisconsin Massage Therapist license in good standing or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing before employment.

• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body mechanics, safety practices, and professional spa standards.

• Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform massage services requiring repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements.
