  • Actively gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback at every stage of development.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where analytics and data can significantly improve customer service, enhance operational efficiency, inform decision-making, or drive superior business outcomes.

  • Support the integration of additional enterprise and niche data sources as the analytics environment evolves.
  • Translate intricate analytical concepts and business objectives into practical product requirements that development teams can effectively execute.
  • Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the development pod has clear requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria to maintain focus and efficiency.
  • Proactively remove or escalate delivery blockers and skillfully manage dependencies across teams.
  • Thoroughly review completed functionality to ensure it meets all defined business requirements.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate valuable stakeholder feedback sessions.
  • Monitor delivery progress closely and communicate status, potential risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Utilize stakeholder feedback, analytics, and delivery results to identify opportunities for continuous product and process improvement.
