As a leader in a newly established division, you will help drive change, optimize processes and support the team through organizational transitions providing clear direction. You will be responsible for developing your team, establishing connections across the organization and providing strategic input to influence business strategy and modernize processes related to liquidity provisioning and access to the payment system. You will be expected to work amongst various teams and colleagues to determine strategic goals and initiatives and make risk-informed decisions. You will also be expected to communicate, facilitate, and deliver information and presentations to a wide variety of individuals, including high-level leadership.
